Brewery
Located in El Paso, our brewery produces beer and sodas that are distributed across the city. Brewed with quality (and often local) ingredients, our beer serves as our origin story and a love letter to the city we all grew up in.
Scratch Kitchen
Small but mighty, our kitchen is heavily inspired by El Paso, Mexican, and Asian flavors; creating dishes in-house with ethically sourced, fresh ingredients. The sourdough pizzas or Yuzu key lime pie are a great place to start.
Cocktail Bar
Crafted and kegged in-house, our cocktails are built to compliment our food selection. Signature cocktails are added to taps so each one gets a crisp, consistent pour; paired with fresh or in-house dehydrated garnishes.

Pokemon Themed Run
Join us for the fun run before the fun! Friday, June 19th! Popsicles will be provided for all runners. Costume contest for individual and group costumes! Bring your best! All levels, faces, and paces welcome. No cost, no registration and discounts at the brewery for all participants!
Aurellia's 7 Year Anniversary, "Gotta Tap 'em All"
Celebrate Aurellia's Bottle Shop & Brewhouse's 7-Year Anniversary on Saturday, June 20th, with an epic Pokémon-themed party starting at 11:00 AM. The all-day event features exclusive glass drops, three special Pokémon-inspired beer releases, card trading, and costume contests for all ages and even pets! Try your luck finding a "shiny" glitter beer to win exclusive prizes from Tokyo, and stick around for the spectacular 'Odd-Lab' Fire Show at 8:30 PM to cap off the night.
