Aurellia's Bottle Shop & Brewhouse began as a brewery concept focused on sustainable ingredients and practices on El Paso’s west side. Over the years, we’ve evolved and grown into our side of the mountain, always with the goal of enhancing our community and creating experiences that complement our city.
We wanted to build a brewery environment where innovation and creativity could thrive, where every visit offered something new, and where guests felt they had a place to gather any day of the week. Aurellia’s is constantly evolving thanks to our team, their influences, and the experiences shared by our guests.

Who is Aurellia? She’s the reason we’re here. Existing in a dimension we haven’t quite figured out yet, she encourages us to create community, brew great beer, and take chances in our kitchen. We don’t get to talk to her very often, but she likes to make appearances when you’re not paying attention.
As we've grown, our mission has remained the same. We continue to push the boundaries of brewing by introducing new styles, seasonal releases, and experimental batches that keep our tap list ever-changing. Truthfully, we’re a group of fanatics who are always looking for ways to incorporate influences from our favorite films and video games into the things we create. If we’re going to be here, we’ve decided we might as well build something we love. We hope that philosophy spills into our community, helping create a space that others can love as well.
Community has always been at the center of everything we do. Whether we're partnering with other local businesses, supporting causes we believe in, or hosting events that bring people together, we believe that being successful comes with a responsibility to give back. El Paso has embraced us from the beginning, and we're proud to support the city that supports us.
Today, Aurellia's is more than a brewery. While we’re incredibly proud to be one, we’re equally proud of the boundaries our team has pushed along the way. Aurellia’s has grown into an innovative brewery, restaurant, cocktail bar, and your favorite bottle shop stop, where you can discover local and regional beers and wines.
As we look toward the future, we're excited to continue growing, innovating, and serving El Paso. While our beers may change, our commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality never will.
