Though popularized as a German style, we've taken a more American approach to this Hefeweizen by letting the typical banana/clove notes and aromas take a back seat to allow for a more crisp and straight forward Wheat beer experience that's mind bendingly drinkable and full bodied. Local Wheat is not only your locally made Hefeweizen, but it's also made with actual locally grown wheat f rom farms in the area! Local supporting local. Cheers!
