We did it. What was once a highly sought after seasonal brew has now made it to the ranks of Year-Round production thanks to all yall’s efforts.

Made with pecans from our farm in the Upper Valley, this dark and decadent American Stout comes in at 7%, but brewed to still be enjoyed all year round. Big and bold decadent roasted malt flavors blend beautifully with the roasted pecans from our stone oven to create a dark and decadent stout that drinks and feels like pecan pie in a glass.

To finish it off, this stout gets aged on Madagascar vanilla to balance out the roasted notes with a little creamy goodness before sending it off to the market. Cheers to Upper Valley Pecan Stout all year long!
